Introducing Bazy
Law Firm
Bazy Law is a Charlotte, North Carolina law firm focused on Social Security Disability and Veterans Benefits representation. We help adults and children apply for and appeal claims for SSDI and SSI federal disability benefits. We also serve as a dedicated Veterans Benefits attorney, representing veterans and eligible surviving family members in VA disability claims, appeals, and benefits administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Whether you are filing a new claim, appealing a denied disability claim, or pursuing VA disability compensation, Bazy Law provides knowledgeable, compassionate legal guidance at every stage.
The Social Security Disability and VA benefits processes are often long and complex, involving strict deadlines, detailed medical evidence, and multiple levels of review. Having a skilled disability lawyer in Charlotte or a VA benefits attorney on your side can significantly improve your chances of success. Bazy Law offers a free initial consultation for Social Security Disability and Veterans Benefits cases. My fees are contingency-based—meaning you pay no attorney fee unless you win past-due benefits. In SSDI and SSI cases, fees are approved by the Social Security Administration; in VA cases, fees are governed by Department of Veterans Affairs regulations. If no past-due benefits are awarded, you owe no attorney fee.
